The Creative Media Ministry at Faith Temple is all about sharing the love and message of Jesus Christ through relevant technology and art. Multimedia is a unique way for the body of Christ to extend beyond the walls of a church building and reach people that we may never personally come in contact with. |
Areas of the Creative Media Ministry include:
Web Development
It is our desire to offer this website as an interactive community for the believers at Faith Temple. Our team is continually updating information and brainstorming new ways to communicate what is happening within this body of believers.
Radio Ministry
Our radio broadcast airs on Sundays from 12 - 1PM on WFXY 1490 AM based out of Middlesboro, KY.
TV/Video Ministry
Our tv program airs on Newwave Channel 22 at 1PM on Sundays and at 7:30PM on Tuesdays.
PowerPoint/MediaShout
It's our job to make sure everyone knows what's happening at FTC. With today's technology there are some neat and creative ways for us to use our gifts to get the message out there.
Computer Graphic Design
A picture is worth... more words than I have time to dictate! Graphic design is a major part of the media ministry. It provides visual continuity for every facet of the ministry.
Computer Systems/IT
Technology is ever changing. It's important to know your infrastructure inside and out in order for everything to operate smoothly. It's our job to make sure the ministry leaders have what they need to be as productive as possible.
Bookstore
There are bookstores at both of our locations which provide resources for personal and spiritual growth. We also make CD's and DVD's of our services available. The bookstores are open before and after each service.
Sound & Recording
One of the most rewarding places to serve is in the control room of a church. You get none of the credit and most of the blame! But seriously, it is the eye and ear gate for everything that takes place during the service.
Marketing & Promotion
It's one thing to have a great event or program. It's another thing to put together a successful marketing plan to present it. An experienced promoter knows how to reach a specific target audience with the proper medium and timing.
Writing
There are many poets and storytellers within the church. They are encouraged to express their worship through pen and paper. You should also know we would all appear a bit more foolish without the grammar slammers who know the rules of the English language. So if that's your niche, you are in high demand.
Art
Artisans in the church celebrate the creativity God put in them through various mediums including painting, sculpting, drawing, and even dance.
